Football Pathways Australia (FPA) has been the passion and brain child of  Founder Aston Bell for a numbers of years.   FPA’s Founders ‘saw the light’ and realised a few years ago our Youth programs had some deficiencies, and so have set about doing something about it or at least contributing to helping improving some of the deficiencies with FPA’s programs in areas such as international tours, international competition, specialist technical coaching, player management and advisory services etc.

It is not difficult to develop the proper philosophy, merely sit down and watch the world’s best teams play football and you will notice that the Argentines and Brazilians, Barcelona and AC Milan, Mexico and Italy, all have players who are perfectly comfortable on and with the ball, play a game predominantly on the ground that is based entirely on keeping the ball to make the opponent compete defensively, and that the world's finest and most valuable players rely on technique, skill and a football insight (intelligence) developed over decades by exploring their capabilities in games of every kind.

FPA was established to assist Football in Australia, it’s respective State Associations and specifically players fill the void and accelerate the development of players from ages 15-19.

FPA's philosophy is not only about providing quality players with quality services, but assisting Australian Football to combat the rate of drop-out amongst our young talent and assisting to increase the technical ability of our athletes with our emphasis on Technique training being unique in Australia.

Providing Pathways for players that are not readily available or in place with our current development structures

Accelerated Youth Development

Exposing our talented youth to a higher technical level of competition

Improving/raising the level of a player’s technique and football intelligence

Quality personalized coaching

Encouraging natural ability and flair; and

Helping mitigate the drop-out from Football between the ages of 15-19 by providing an opportunity
